But Dr, George C. Ni-chopoulos said Presley's diabetes was controlled by diet.

Nichopoulos said Wednesday he and Vernon Presley, the entertainer's father, will reveal results of an autopsy on Presley's body early next week. Under Tennessee law, autopsy reports do not become public record unless the death was due to other than natural causes. The Shelby County medical examiner, Dr. Jerry Francisco, who performed the autopsy along with Nichopoulos, said last week he hoped the report would be made public because of numerous rumors concerning Presley's health before his death 1 39-54038.
