I Jackson Sun DEATHS Friday, June 29, 2001 Lionel Bond, 79 BROWNSVILLE Services for Lionel Bond, 79, will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Magnolia Cemetery. Mr. Bond, a retired school teacher and principal, died June 24 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital of heart failure.

Eric, a student, died Monday at PAID ANNOUNCEMENT Obituaries Information supplied by West Tennessee Funeral Directors Jewel Donaldson Wilson Jewel Donaldson Wilson was born in McNairy County, Tennessee on September 22, 1916, the daughter of the late Aubrey Butler and Hattie English Donaldson. On December 28, 1941, she was united in marriage to Clarence Elijah Wilson, who preceded his wife in death on December 8, 1987. Mrs.

Wilson worked for Garan Manufacturing Company for 30 years. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and the VFW Ladies Auxiliary. Mrs. Wilson departed this life on June 27, 2001 at the age of 84 years, 9 months and 5 days. She is survived by one daughter, Sue Wilson Cagle of Adamsville, Tennessee; one son, Joe Wilson of Morris Chapel, Tennessee; four grandchildren; one sister, Sallie Amerson of Augusta, Georgia; and two brothers, Frank Donaldson of Morris Chapel, Tennessee and Grady Donaldson of Adamsville, Tennessee.

Mrs. Wilson was also preceded in death by one daughter, Mary Frances Wilson; one son, Jerry Wilson; and two brothers, Roy and Alvin Donaldson. Services will be held Friday, June 29, 2001, at 3:00 P.M. at the Shackelford Adamsville Funeral Home Chapel with Mike Moore and Elmer D. Seaton officiating.

Mrs. Lida Mae Acred Crowe was born in Crockett Mills, TN 1915. She married Horace Elbert Crowe in 1939 and moved to Jackson, TN in 1940 where she was a member of the Westover Baptist Church until 1958. Mr. Crowe died in 1950 and she remarried in 1958 to C.

J. Deese and moved to Flint, Mich. where she was a member of Lincoln Park Baptist Church. She was a cook at several schools including Fenton- -Lawn, Ainsworth, Mandeville Junior High and was head cook for the last 15 years before retiring in 1980. Survivors include husband C.

J. Deese of Flint, son Horace Crowe of Falls Church, Virginia; grandsons, Jaime and Lonnie Crowe of Falls Church, Virginia; sister Georgia Rose and husband Kendoll Johnson of Greenville, KY; Brothers: Lloyd and wife Betty Acred of Jackson, TN, David and wife Darce Acred of Bemis, TN; and sister-in-law Maggie Acred of Jackson, TN.
